Why is there braille on a drive up ATM machine?

for blind people that walked up to the drive up by accident and don’t know where they are.. that way they can read the menu and say “ohhhh I’m at burger king.. this is the 3rd time this week”

Can you come up with something INTELLIGENT to ask besides crazy math/science/history questions(I already graduated)?
